But I have no idea what. How bout I design something that Oppo suggests? What Car that is no longer available would you wanna see a new design for? I'll design it today and post it tomorrow and I'll announce which suggestion I will be embarking on in a bumped up edit of this post

Shelby Cobra. I know Ford did a concept in the early 2000's but it looked like poop. I'd like to see an enthusiast designed Cobra that would fit in today.

Pontiac Fiero! I loved the shape and styling of the original. Would be really interesting to see if it can't be translated to 2015 without becoming all rounded and generic.

these three things....

1: 3-door. Could be fastback coupe, could be long-roof shooting brake with a Nomad-like slick tailgate, or anything in-between, but with a low-ish roof height, and coupe side doors, and a manageable wheelbase and over-all length.

2: AWD with a compact to mid-sized CUV ride-height, but with a bit of aggressive rake to it... and still manageable center of gravity.

3: Wide, aggressive track width.

Think of a WRX STI-powered wide-body XV CrossCoupe.

Or a Modern-day AMC Eagle SX/4 fastback coupe.

An alternative to Evoque 3-door Coupe... or perhaps what a Discovery Sport would look like as a 3-door, like the Range Stormer concept, but in a make and model that would be less than $40K to start.

Maybe what the Hyundai SantaCruz concept would look like with a fastback hatch, instead of a small truck bed... (I think it would look eerily similar to a Porsche 944's roofline...) although I like SantaCruz as-is, anyway.

Or an affordable, every-day-useable, regular production alternative to the hard-core Local Motors Rally Fighter.
